Grants and Writing Resources for Chulalongkorn University

Chula's student rocketry team, the Chulalongkorn University High Altitude Research Club, placed third in the 30K COTS category at the International Rocket Engineering Competition 2025 in Midland, Texas. That's a field of 144 qualifying institutes. Closer to home, two Chula Engineering teams each won a Best Presentation Award at ISPC 2025. One of those teams paired undergraduates in Information and Communication Engineering with a doctoral student in Industrial Engineering.

Presenting Research

Where Theses Are Published

Finished work goes into Chula DigiVerse, the platform run by the Office of Academic Resources. It holds the university repository's electronic theses, independent studies, and senior projects. The older CUIR repository has moved there.

Help With English and Writing

The Chulalongkorn University Language Institute runs a Self-Access Learning Center for Chula students and staff, founded in 1990. Native-speaker teachers and senior students lead conversation sessions and grammar consultations there almost every day of the semester. Students book them online.

Graduate students can take Graduate English and after-hours English courses through the same institute. Its Academic Service Center also offers a Saturday Grammar and Writing course that Chula students can join.
